a. Resolution to meet in Closed Session, as permitted by the Open Meetings Act MCL 15.268(e) to discuss the Susan Bisio v City of the Village of Clarkston City Clerk: Karen A. DeLorge, Oakland County Circuit Court CASE NO. 2023-199444-CZ.

b. Motion: Return To Open Session
